Mission: Impossible – Fallout Review
If you’re into fast paced, in-depth action movies, you would undoubtedly love the newest Mission Impossible movie, Fallout. It is the sixth movie in the series, and does not disappoint. There are countless elements to this story that just kept me on the edge of my seat. I genuinely can’t find major issues with the movie, as the acting, dialogue, and visuals were simply outstanding. Don’t take my word for it; reviews are fresh from all major movie critics and they all are unanimous. With 97% on Rotten Tomatoes, 8.1/10 on IMDb, and even a 95% audience rating, it is clear that everyone is raving about this movie.
When the previous movie, Rogue Nation, came out, I was also amazed at Tom Cruise’s amazing performance and portrayal of Ethan Hunt. I thought there was no possible way another Mission Impossible movie could top Rogue Nation. I was wrong. The story revolves around the IMF team desperately attempting to prevent three deadly nuclear weapons from getting into the hands of terrorists, also known as the Apostles. Each scene leaves you speechless, and adds another layer of excitement knowing that the stunts some of the actor’s were attempting (namely Tom Cruise) were real. The characters are memorable, there is a perfect amount of humor, and there is never a dull moment. I would definitely rank Mission Impossible: Fallout as my favorite action movie. I believe the success and style of this movie will influence the action genre for a long time.
