New Years Resolutions

As we jump into the new year, we often feel rejuvenated as we create a massive list of inspiring New Year’s resolutions. 2018’s most popular resolutions (as you might expect) included eating healthier, exercising more often, and saving more money. And every year, most of us realize how unrealistic or difficult our goals can really be. In order to not be weighed down and discouraged this year, try simplifying resolutions, setting fun goals, and creating new goals throughout the year! Of course, it is important to stick to the tedious, not so important goals, and it is equally important to realize that you can do anything! The strategies we use to approach our goals truly make or break our commitment. So again, simplify, have fun, and don’t give up! And above all, don’t stress. There’s WAY too much stress in the world this time of year.

Hopefully your New Year’s resolutions are a tad bit more inspiring than the following. Happy New Year!

      1. Make better bad decisions.

      2. Stop drinking orange juice after I just brushed my teeth.

      3. Stop licking frozen flag poles.

      4. Only eat white snow.

      5. Claim all my pets as dependents on my taxes

      6. Check my work e-mail account at least once this year

      7. Switch my username to “password” and my password to “username” to make each a lot harder for hackers to figure out

      8. Watch less T.V….in standard definition
