Review – Chick-fil-A
Chick-fil-A is a fast food restaurant loved by many. It is one of the largest American fast food restaurant chains and the largest whose specialty is chicken sandwiches.
The headquarters are located in College Park, Georgia. The company operates more than 2,700 restaurants and still continues to grow. The store opened on May 23, 1946, and has many restaurants that are located primarily in the United States with locations in 47 out of the 50 states.
Chick-fil-A offers a variety of chicken options such as chicken nuggets, grilled chicken nuggets, chicken strips, a wrap, and a variety of the most famous option a chicken sandwich.
The restaurant also offers waffle fries along with the option of having it in a meal, breakfast items, and a frosted lemonade.
Chick-fil-A offers many different sauces, but the most popular is their famous “Chick-fil-A sauce”. As conducted in a survey when asked on a scale of terrible to amazing, it was seen as the most diverse. The survey had a broad opinion overall on either loving the sauce or hating it.
The same survey also showed that Chick-fil-A had a broad variety in their frosted lemonade. This is lemonade and ice cream mixed together. Some see the drink as too sweet; therefore, impacting them to dislike the item. However, others who might have a sweet tooth may say it’s their favorite item on the menu.
Chick-fil-A has excellent customer service and service overall. The staff is friendly and most frequently seen as saying, “My Pleasure” after helping a customer. The time and efficiency at the restaurant are seen to be very much exceeded at a great job due to how many customers they serve each hour during the day.
The restaurant can be seen as expensive when compared to other fast food restaurants, yet looking through how successful the restaurant has grown that has not put a stop to it. Through the survey taken, the overall enjoyment for the restaurant was a success and would take an overall rating of 4.5 stars out of 5.
