School dances are back in full swing, and the Mustangs are getting more creative asking others to dances with each year. With just the two dances we’ve had so far, Homecoming and Sadie’s, we’ve already seen some epic ideas from vegetables, magic wands, and cars covered in piles of grass.

In response to Hunter Pugmires Homecoming question, Hannah Gunnell responded with a variety of your not-so-average vegetables, “Lettuce turnip the beet at Hoco!”

Sam Erikson responded to Bracken Hertzler for Homecoming by covering his car in piles of grass, “You bet your grass I’ll go to Homecoming with you!”

Ray Robbins left a poster full of puns and treats on Brittney Egberts porch to ask her to Homecoming, “This may be corny but I didn’t know how to pop the question!”

Sam’s creativity was magic! To ask Steven Hadfield to the Sadie Hawkins dance, she left him a book of spells and Bertie Botts Every Flavor Beans, “Sadies is going to be magical with you!”

Paige Egbert asked MC basketball player Jaxon Murray to Sadies saying, “It would be a slam dunk!”

Brody Burns was so excited when Emily Chambers asked him to Sadies, he “Pea’d on [her] porch!”
